A short documentary portrait of a man about to retire from a long career as a transit driver as he struggles to care for and connect with his mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease.
The film explores the relationship between labour and the physical body and questions notions of service and servitude, asking: Is sacrifice inherent in exchange? And for whom do we work?
